Return Shipping Costs For returns due to product quality problems, wrong items shipped, or damage during transportation, return shipping costs will be borne by NEUTRAL DRAWER SYSTEMS LLC.
For returns due to personal reasons (such as dislike, wrong purchase, incorrect size, etc., non-quality issues), return shipping costs will be borne by the buyer.
Refund Processing
After the returned goods have been inspected and confirmed by our warehouse, we will begin processing the refund.
